When you book your appointment, simply check the subscription box and select your preferred frequency. We'll set up your recurring service and apply your 20% discount automatically!

Absolutely! You can change from weekly to bi-weekly, monthly, or adjust anytime. Just let us know before your next scheduled appointment and we'll update your plan.

Yes! Life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment and we can skip that week. There's no penalty for occasional skips.

You pay after each service as usual—cash, credit card, or Venmo. The 20% discount is automatically applied to every subscription appointment.

We understand New England winters can be tough! Safety first: we will not send our team out if temperatures are at or below 0°F. For exterior services, we'll work with you to reschedule if weather conditions aren't safe. Interior services can often still be performed in covered areas like garages. Your subscription stays active and we'll resume full service when conditions improve.

Of course! Pet hair removal (+$50) can be added to any subscription appointment. Just let us know when booking or before your next visit.
